To ensure your comfort while traveling with us, please inform us of any special requirements before booking your trip. Feel free to inquire about specific itineraries or routes as well. Our fleet includes many diffferent vehicle types with different accessibility features. It’s important that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring a wheelchair, mobility aid, or require an accessible room.

Our buses are not equipped for wheelchair accessibility, but they do feature spacious luggage compartments that can accommodate a manual folding wheelchair or walking frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate battery-operated wheelchairs or mobility aids at this time. Additionally, our staff cannot provide physical assistance during boarding, disembarking, or throughout the tour. Guests should feel comfortable getting on and off the bus independently or with the help of a traveling companion.

Booster seats are not supplied as standard, but may be available to rent. Please email us for more information.

All vehicles have safety belts, which must be worn at all times.
